Technology of Oval Capillary TubesSophisticated and established
Under pressure and temperature the oval tube tries to change to a round shape - just like any other body. The vertical positioning provides for good lateral contact whereby the thin gap between tube and plaster, which forms when the plaster dries, is then closed. The result is uniform and fast distribution of heat. A round pipe is unable to close the air gap that forms during plaster drying. This must be compensated by a higher flow temperature, which, in turn, means higher costs! |
